Come say hello and kick off the weekend at Jet Wine Bar. We'll have light nibbles and a cash bar at the outdoor garden. The garden has heaters, but please dress for the weather. All ages welcome.

Picnic & Lawn Games

2pm · FDR Park Picnic Site #7

Join the groomsfolk for lawn games before the ceremony! We’ll start by 2pm at picnic site #7 which is a five minute walk from the venue. If you'd like to grab lunch first, the award-winning Southeast Asian Food Market will be doling out lip-smacking meals starting at 10am in FDR park just a short walk down the path from our picnic site. Grab a banh mi and come play a round of kubb with us! When it’s time to wrap up, we’ll walk over to the venue as a group.

Restrooms at the Swedish Museum will be available all afternoon— just go in the main entrance and let the reception desk know you’re a wedding guest. Parking is available between the picnic site and the museum.

Wedding

4:30pm · Swedish Museum · Cocktail Attire

Guest may arrive at the American Swedish Historical Museum beginning at 4:30pm to enjoy a welcome drink and peruse the exhibits. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm inside the entrance hall. Dinner and dancing will follow. Childcare will be provided on site for young guests. Check out our travel page for more information on transportation and parking.

Sad to say goodbye? Us too! Drown your sorrows with soup dumplings at Amelia and Ted’s favorite dim sum spot, Ocean City Restaurant. Vegetarian options will be available.
