Our home of Philadelphia is one of the best transit-connected cities in the US. We recommend booking accommodation in Center City (what we call downtown here) which will put many of Philly's best offerings at your doorstep and offer easy access to the wedding venue via subway.
Getting to Philly
By Train
Our favorite way to get around! Amtrak offers frequent connections with other east coast cities. Amtrak owns their own tracks in the Northeast corridor which usually means much quicker and more reliable journeys than in some other parts of the country. Arrive in style at one of the most beautiful art deco train stations in the country (in our humble opinion). Amtrak's system map can be helpful for at-a-glance route planning.
By Bus
By Plane
If you arrive by air, we recommend taking the Airport Line directly from your terminal to center city. Trains leave every half hour on weekdays, and the $8 fare can be paid in cash on board or purchased from the machine on the platform.
Rideshares (Uber, Lyft) and taxis are available outside baggage claim and will charge around $30 to get to center city.
Getting to the Venue
By Transit
From Center City, take the Broad Street Line subway (trains run every eight minutes) south to the NRG stop. From there, it’s a safe half-mile walk along the sidewalk to the venue.
By Car
A rideshare from center city will take about 10-20 minutes.
The Swedish Museum offers free parking to wedding guests.
